Last week Bini volunteered her skills and time to teach the students at the Exeter College how to create beautiful Indian dishes using spices to paying guests.
It was the first time some of the students have ever conduced a dinner and served out from the pass. It was wonderful to see how the organised themselves, learnt how to work as a team and even the cleaning up wasn't a problem at the end everyone was in high spirits.
A wonderful evening with 55 lucky and supportive guests to raise awareness for charity Mind UK.
