Bini features on the C4 A Cotswold Farm shop Episode 3 and makes a impact with her Dhaba Goat Curry
On Monday 21st August I featured on a new TV documentary on C4 which showcased my new curry, Dhaba Goat Curry.
The response during and after the programme aired was incredible. So much love from everyone.
Chief taster Richard did ever so well, his very first TV appearance and I think he enjoyed it :)
The filming took 7 days across a number of weeks, last autumn. I had a challenge to develop the Dhaba Goat Curry ready for the filming within 7 days. It worked and the batch Alexander had tasted was very good indeed. A good recipe is the key. Upscaling a recipe is another challenge in itself. However, I did it and team Bini are working hard and keeping up with the demand.
I am still taking it all in at the moment, how my hard work over the 10 years has lead to this moment. It all worked out in the end. I did it and feel very proud of my achievements with the support of my husband Richard, my amazing mum and team Bini. Feeling happy.
