A Cotswold Farmshop is a new 6-part series, made by Purple, celebrating the people, products and landscapes that surround the M5 famous Gloucester Services. A Cotswold Farmshop shares the stories of a family-owned motorway services business that celebrates the people and produce of Gloucestershire.
From Cheesemakers, Cider producers, Wine production and of course Bini Curries it is a series which is light hearted and tells a story.
The Curry Maker: Bini Ludlow grew up in learning to cook traditional Gujarati dishes alongside her mother and aunties in Bradford—cooking and carefully drafting recipe books from the age of 8. With a starting budget of just £200 Bini began producing authentic Indian food for friends and neighbors. Bini pitches to secure a new and pivotal contract to supply Gloucester Services with an authentic curry with a unique ingredient, goat meat. “It is, a big deal when I started off the dream was to get my products into a place like this and for people to enjoy it.“
