2023 Taste of the West Product Awards - GOLD Judges amazing feedback Dhaba Goat Curry

I am always keen to what the judges say about the products we send in and here's what we received for the Dhaba Goat Curry. the additional comments were brilliant. It made me very happy.

AROMA:

Absolutely fantastic. Lots of variety of spice, deep and rich. The judges were very exciting to sample this one!

EXTURE/MOUTHFEEL/FINISH/LENGTH:

'The sauce was lovely and thick, and left an incredibly luxurious mouthfeel and finish'.

APPEARANCE:

'Lovely thick silky sauce that coated the chunks of meat, the sauce had flecks of green and didn’t look to be overly processed with was great it was really well amalgamated'.

TASTE:

'This curry had an incredible depth of spice that was well balanced and seasoned. It had a pleasant sharpness and the cardamom came through well'
