The Dhaba Goat Curry has been a huge success and lots of customers are enjoying the flavours.
I developed the dish as I tasted a 'mutton' curry in the northern region of Indian whilst travelling through Himachal Pradesh and I stopped at a truck stop called a 'dhaba' for some food.
It tasted really good and I wanted to recreate it in my own way. I had an opportunity to try it with goat meat. 10 years later I finally developed the dish and I have won two awards for it. Good things come to those who wait :)
