Happy New Year - Progress and Moving Forward in 2019
It has been a challenging year with opportunities.
2018 we achieved amazing results from catering for the St. Austell Brewery conference for their 98 staff who sampled all 9 of Bini Curries which they loved, I was invited to cook as part of the 7 chefs dinner with Michael Caines for the Exeter Food Festival it was brilliant and my canapés went down a storm.
Winning the Best Producer award for the Western Daily Press, my 12th Great Taste Award for my Jammu chicken curry, Gold awards for my vegan range with my mixed vegetable rice shortlisted for best ready-meals and lite bites in the Taste of the West awards.
Of course running my wonderful cookery session for corporate team building from
Avon and Somerset Police, Lloyds Banking and anybody who loves spices and curry.
I was asked to Judge the British Cider championships which was wonderful to see so many companies producing a variety of ciders.
Earlier in the year we saw Bini Curries go into Gloucester services on both the north and south bound services and many more outlets www.binifinefoods.com for stockists.
We aim for bigger and move the brand further in 2019.
Thank you to everyone who has bought and supported me in 2018.
Wishing everyone a Happy New Year.
