- Hi, I found your range at Cairn Lodge Services and have to say that they are absolutely incredible in terms of quality and depth of taste. I love cooking and regularly try my hand at Indian recipes but I can honestly say my best attempts come nowhere near to yours. I have travelled most of my professional life across Asia (including India), Africa, Middle East and Europe and your lamb and spinach curry and classic chicken were an absolute taste sensation that you rarely find outside of Asia.
